工作职责：

• 为各行业多类型客户提供法务战略咨询及数字化转型咨询服务，帮助企业进行法务数字化规划以及提升

• 为客户提供法律风险管理服务，包括法律风险识别，经营决策分析，业务流程及合同管

理，应急预案设计等

• 为客户拟定标准化业务流程及合同模板，优化企业业务流程、提高合同管理效率

• 为客户提供法务指标建设，法务中台建设，法务共享建设，法务数据洞察

• 根据业务需求进行法务数字化项目供应商选型，法务数字化项目PMO服务，提供法律托管服务及外包服务

• 协助客户搭建和完善智慧法务生态体系

任职要求：

• 211/985本科或以上学历以及优秀海外毕业生、优秀经验人士，6年以上从事法务领域、流程管理经验

• 大型企业、互联网公司法务部门经验，熟悉企业法务流程。知名律所经验，知名管理咨询公司、事务所从事过数字化转型、信息化项目经验优先

• 具有优秀的沟通能力和学习能力，求知欲强、热爱研究、独立思考、自我驱动

• 英文可作为工作语言

• 四大会计事务所经验优先

• 法律职业资格证书/CICPA/ACCA/AICPA/司法/税务师执业资格证书优先
