  • Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
  • Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
  • Prepare canvass sheet for management approval
  • Received items in good condition
  • Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
  • Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
  • Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
  • Provide assistance to admin department especially connected with fixed assets of the branch
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Schedule shipping and delivery
  • Coordinate vendor activities
  • Maintain Purchase records
  • Performs other task assigned by immediate head

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
