Reseller Manager [Indonesia]


 

Objective of the position :

Be the part of winning managerial team to new business development by expanding and acquiring new reseller and managing the loyal resellers.

Job Description:

1. Create Strategic Marketing Plan for spreading the new contacts points throughtouts Indonesia

2. Execute reseller aRecquisition program to reach more relevant Reseller

3. Assisting Reseller Partner to enhance the sell out performance by creating traffic, visibility, and end consumer promo strategy

4. Execute education and retention programs of Reseller; such as gathering, mini workshop and loyalty program

5. Control and review each customers performance

6. Creating report performance analysis (Partner's performance, Sales, Visibility, program effectiveness)

7. Manage day to day communication with Reseller Partner, Operations team, and all other related department

Qualification :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree

Male/Female

Max 35 Yo

Minimum 2 years experienced in manage B2B, reseller fields in Cookware/Home Living

Experienced in driving sales through partnership with reseller and distribution channel

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

Strong Aptitude for data and analytical skills, ability to synthesize data to drive decision making

Passionate in achieving company's objective and develop capacity and capability team

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Detail oriented & target oriented person

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp8,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
