Is a reputable and well-known Freight Forwarding and 3PL/Supply Chain provider capable of providing an 'end to end' service to their client base. You will be leading a small supportive transport team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Managing and mentoring a small transport team
- Continuous improvements of their transport strategy
- Achieving and exceeding KPI’s
- Maintaining commercial relationships with 3rd party providers
- Effective financial controls in place
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE
* 5 years minimum Cartage/Transport Supervisory experience
- Want to lead smaller supportive team
- Previous stable career history within Intl Freight
- Clear concise communication skills
