BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PROFESSIONAL [Turkey]


 

For our DI Operational Company, Motion Control (MC) Business Unit, we are looking for a Business Administration Professional who is a key finance member of the MC commercial team to ensure successful performance of Business Unit commercial transaction in terms of volume, cost, cash and overall performance.

This role will be responsible for managing / operating general budgeting, accounting and reporting operations in all segment related finances area(s), other accountabilities to directly support effective and profitable Business Unit management.

  • Supports accountable Business Unit and BA Management, provides advice, and proposes measures regarding Finance / Business Administration.
  • Supports implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards, and procedures, for the assigned organization unit.
  • Completes consolidation of all accounting, financial reporting, and other finance related operations (incl. P&L reporting and Balance Sheet).
  • Coordination of the preparation for monthly and quarterly reports and analyzing the deviations between the actual and plan values.
  • Creation and control of budgeting/monthly forecast and monitoring business volume, sales and administrative costs, balance sheet positions. Prepare and present commercial data for management meetings and/or financial audit purposes.
  • Fulfill monthly closing transactions like ensuring all project/order plan, revenues, costs, accruals, etc. are captured in the financial statement.
  • Follow-up project/order bank guarantees, processing Letter of Credits (L/C), accruals, provisions, receivables and payables, hedging transactions, project related insurance social security (SGK) topics (if necessary).
  • Support and control of claim management, risk management and NCC topics
  • Close cooperation with corporate stakeholders such as Accounting, Finance, Tax, Supply-Chain Management, Legal, Compliance (as relevant).
  • Checks content and analyzes supplier and/ customer contracts, to ensure compliant and standardized contract management.
    • Supports finance projects and/or processes including associated consulting in area of the respective BI content and / or application.

What you need to make real what matters.

  • Bachelor’s degree in BA, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Very good command of English language both written and spoken (German is an asset).
  • Knowledge of financial accounting (Local Accounting, IFRS), controlling/reporting, logistics, international and Turkish law, tax, foreign trade and customs regulations etc.
  • Good command of MS Office and SAP.
  • Analytical thinking result and quality-oriented approach, solid professional judgment & problem-solving ability and good communication skills are required competencies.
  • Team-oriented ability to work with cross - functional teams.
  • Able and willing to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Able to work hybrid
  • No restrictions for travelling.
