ABOUT RALLY CAMPS
Rally Camps feature five action-packed days of multi-sport individualized instruction, marquee competitions, and special events for boys and girls ages 4-14 of all skill levels. Each camp session is a week long (Monday-Friday) from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and each day features a personal character theme, teaching campers lessons on the fields and courts that they can use off the playing field to become more outstanding young men and women.
Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 20+ staff members AND 150+ campers- Manage and implement all camp processes, standard operating procedures, and camp curriculum with keen attention to detail, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Maintain the Rally Camps standards, as outlined in the employee handbook, relating to dress code, conduct, and all other areas
- Ensure a safe camp environment for staff, campers, and parents
- Responsible for communicating with both parents and headquarters regarding issues that may arise at camp.
Qualifications:
- Be available July 3- August 18th Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day
- Be able to pass a thorough background and reference screening
- Be prepared to travel on weekdays to site in Calabasas or Sherman Oaks with reliable transportation
- Have child management experience with ages 4-13
- Be able to attend the all-staff training on June 11th & 12th, 2023 and other pre-summer leadership trainings
- At a minimum, you must be familiar with the basic fundamentals of popular sports
