Job Description
Our client is looking for a capable Real Estate Investment Associate; someone who is not only experienced in R.Est modelling on Opportunistic deals, but who is also looking to expand their career by engaging the market searching and executing new acquisitions. This is an ideal opportunity for those with good Real Estate numeracy to step up and become involved hands-on with deals, development and influencing the new fund management element of the business.
Our client is looking for someone:
To support the analysis of existing real estate portfolio.
Analyse and make recommendations on new acquisitions and manage the due diligence process.
Source new deals and attend investment networking events.
Help with specialist Investor Relations activity especially with new capital partners.
Support execution of co-investor equity strategies with a particular focus on BtR and Living strategies.
Track Portfolio performance and manage the reporting process.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
Have c.4 years of Real Estate Investment experience working on Value-Add and Opportunistic acquisitions in buy-side / principal-led businesses.
Have strong analytical experience in DCF / IRR / NPV as well as Residual Real Estate Development appraisals.
Have a Real Estate / Built Environment degree.
