Lubricant Sales Manager [Pakistan]


 

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Lubricants and Chemical Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating orders by visiting various shops and factories. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell our range of lubricants and chemicals to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

Visit shops, retailers, and factories within the designated territory to build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our lubricants and chemicals to prospects, highlighting their competitive advantages.

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product samples, and marketing materials to potential customers.

Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to address any concerns or issues.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify business opportunities.

Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or chemical industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.

Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Basic knowledge of lubricants and chemicals, including their applications and benefits.

Proficient in using computer software and applications for sales reporting and customer relationship management.

Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
