Project scope is to transfer a customer portal from client to client, and to implement phase 1 of a worker portal.
Define and create business, functional and system requirements
Maintain design specifications and requirements traceability matrix
Present, clarify and confirm requirements and designs with the client through JAD sessions.
Support developer questions and identify items that require additional client clarification or escalation
Test the application along with the team.
Lead the UAT phase with the client, support UAT execution and defect triage.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience estimating one’s own work, and reporting status to tasks/schedule.
Must have experience
With Integrated Eligibility, or Public Assistance systems (e.g. self service portals)
Writing requirements
Writing Design Specifications
Facilitating Client Design Sessions
Supporting daily calls and Q&A with developers
