CNCB (Hong Kong) Investment Co., Ltd. ("CNCB Investment") was incorporated in Hong Kong in 1984. It is the wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of China CITIC Bank Co., Ltd. ("CITIC Bank"). In accordance with the development vision of building up overseas boutique investment banking arm and leveraging on the strength of parent bank, CITIC Bank and its various branches, CNCB Investment actively promotes offshore securities underwriting, corporate finance, and asset management business. With subsidiary companies onshore, CNCB Investment is also vigorously engaged in private equity fund management in onshore China, and provides clients with high-quality cross-border financial services.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation of specific projects, including but not limited to: Assist in market analysis and coordinate with research department to issue reports; explore the investment highlights and details of the issued project; prepare investment promotional materials and project drafts; arrange meetings and coordinate internal and external institutions; coordinate and organize road shows, bookkeeping, contact investors, pricing and distribution, settlement and delivery, etc.;
Assisted in project development and investor relationship network construction, and prepared relevant materials;
In-depth analysis of Hong Kong stock market trends and moves, policy changes, etc., collection of market information and complete research support;
Completed other work assigned by the department.
Requirements
Master degree or above in Economics or Business-related fields from Tier-1 universities, CFA or CPA is preferred;
3-6 years of equity product support and research experience or IB project issuance experience, healthcare industry related experience is preferred;
Strong accounting basis, financial report analysis ability and valuation modeling ability;
Strong sense of teamwork, detail-minded and proactive, strong execution and sense of responsibility;
Good communication and coordination ability and logical analysis ability;
Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
